Project Manager-MindEd

£38,891- £43,217 per annum (pro rata)

35 hours per week

6 Months Fixed Term Contract, with option to extend


The Royal College of Psychiatrists is the leading medical authority on mental health in the United Kingdom and is the professional and educational organisation for doctors specialising in psychiatry. The College plays a central role in establishing and promoting the highest standards of psychiatric care and training in the United Kingdom.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists is looking to appoint a dynamic individual to project manage exciting new initiatives for e-Learning through MindEd, an on-line learning and information portal (www.minded.org.uk). The successful applicant will have a proven track record in project management, be highly articulate and able to monitor and report regularly on the success of the project.  Working with the Programme Manager, they will administer the budgets and ensure that project activities are robustly tracked and managed.

 

Sitting within the Professional Standards Department, the post-holder will work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders including leading child and adult psychiatrists, College Officers, members and staff as well as other partners including the Department of Health, Health Education England and Health Boards.
