Each entry should be no more than the word limit specified in
each section of the relevant entry forms. Entries should be
accompanied by any relevant supporting materials which offer
evidence of the nominee’s suitability in matching the relevant

All nominations will be treated as confidential. However, the
Royal College of Psychiatrists reserves the right to publish
extracts from the entry summaries submitted. Information supplied
in the supporting material will remain confidential.
No charge will be made for entries for the Awards. Details of
the Awards Ceremony and information on how to obtain tickets will
follow in due course.
Please note that if you are nominating someone other than
yourself, the nominee must have given their permission to be
nominated prior to the entry being submitted.
The judges reserve the right to withhold any award should it be
felt that the entries are below the required standard.
The chair of the judging panel reserve the right to cast any
deciding vote, should the need arise. The verdict of the judging
panel is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
Entries may be based on activities undertaken from January 2016
to December 2016. Activities undertaken outside these dates will
not be considered.
All entries must include full name and valid contact

Psychiatrists is not responsible for any lost or damaged
