This one-day event will take a practical approach towards the recognition and management of patients with acute illness to avoid a preventable catastrophic outcome in mental health settings.

Speakers will include experts in critical care, infectious diseases, respiratory medicine, toxicology and endocrinology.

 

This conference will be suitable for psychiatrists - from trainees to senior consultants – as well as nurses, health professionals allied to medicine, and those who manage the physical health aspects of psychiatric services.
