Psychiatric Conference in Canada - September 26 -28 2013

Psychiatric Conference in Canada - September 26 -28 2013This is an amazing opportunity for one lucky trainee to join our PTC Chair and Past Chair at the Canadian Psychiatric Association National Conference in Ottawa! It should be a brilliant opportunity to make links with Psychiatrists in Canada and to share ideas.

So what do I have to do?

We are looking for articles of up to 800 words for our next newsletter on the theme of

‘Bridging the Divide’. It can be on any divide, perceived or otherwise that you have seen in your work in Psychiatry and either how you have seen the division addressed, or ideas on how you think it could be. You can interpret this brief as creatively as you like - we’re really looking forward to seeing your ideas.

The lucky winner will be awarded a free place at the conference (not including travel).

Up to five runners up will have their articles published in our next newsletter. Entries will be judged by the PTC officers and a senior member of College staff

Sounds great - what’s the deadline? And where do I send my entry?

Deadline:19 April 2013.

Entries need to be sent in to ptc@rcpsych.ac.uk and marked ‘Newsletter Competition’.

Good luck!
