The Europa Hotel is now fully booked however there are plenty of hotels within easy walking distance, delegates are encouraged to book accommodation as soon as possible.

  • 80% refund if written cancellation is received 1 month before the event
  • 50% refund if written cancellation is received 2 weeks before the event
