The Royal College of Psychiatrists Improving the lives of people with mental illness

Great learning resource

How do we support good mental health among children and young people?

MindEd -  a great online resource for psychiatrists, service users and their families, and related professionals - can help.

The site offers free, completely open access, online education in over 300 mental health topics.

All of the topics in MindEd can be completed as a stand-alone e-learning experience, or you can sign up to the MindEd learning community, record your activity and print certificates for CPD.

You will be able to recommend it to patients and their families, as well as GPs, teachers, and other professionals working in education, social care, criminal justice and community settings.

MindEd is delivered by a consortium of stakeholders and the programme has recently moved over to be hosted by RCPsych.

Our aim is to provide simple, clear guidance on mental health and emotional wellbeing to anyone, as a professional, volunteer or family member, who might have concerns or need advice.

If you would like to know more about MindEd, or offer feedback on the programme, please email us: minded@rcpsych.ac.uk
